Owning an RV offers you the freedom to explore the open road and visit new destinations. But just because you're living life on wheels doesn't mean you have to sacrifice style and comfort. With a bit of creativity and strategic planning, you can transform your camper into a cozy and inviting space that reflects your personality and enhances your travel experience. Here are some tips to help you get started with decorating the interior of your RV.

Pictures

Having some pictures of family will always make a space feel more like home! Get some affordable picture frames. When you’re shopping, try and find something that’s light, plastic, and within your camper’s color scheme. Secure your pictures on the wall using adhesive velcro or wall hangers. If they aren’t completely secure for movement, make sure to pack them up before travelling.

Curtains

The blackout shades that come in many RVs are practical, but they can look a bit clinical. Hanging curtains will be the easiest way to add large swaths of color to your walls and add some hospitality to your RV. Busy patterns will be distracting and look cluttered, so pick a simple design that works with your theme, or even several contrasting colors to alternate if you have a larger RV.

Plants

It doesn’t matter if you’ve got your favourite plants, some flowers will brighten up the interior of your RV. Real plants can be messy, and run the risk of damage while moving, but help the authenticity of your camper. However, fake plants will never wilt or die, but you’ll always know they’re fake, so it’s your choice.
